To keep the clan running, we must attract new players — but not just any players: they need to be active and high-performing. Otherwise, the clan becomes filled with inactive accounts and only appears to be functioning.
There are three main factors to attract new and good players:
1️⃣ Publishing the Clan Notice — this has been done 24/7.
2️⃣ Increasing the clan level — we’re progressing at record speed, but it’s still not enough. The effort must continue.
3️⃣ Maintaining a strong warlog — avoiding Clan War defeats at all costs. This is currently our biggest challenge.

⚔️ THE CURRENT CLAN WAR PROBLEM
In the past, we faced fair and balanced wars. However, a recent change in the matchmaking algorithm has made us face unfair matchups, almost always fighting against clans with TH 1 or even 2 levels higher.
Right now, our greatest strength is having an army of active, united, and engaged members — and that’s a power our opponents often lack.
Clan Wars depend on completing all bases on the map. Since we’re constantly fighting in disadvantage, there’s a high chance we’ll miss one star on the #1 base (usually TH+1 or TH+2 compared to our top base).
That means: the fewer members join wars, the higher the chance of defeat.

For example:
In a 40 vs 40 war, we can score 119/120⭐ (≈99.16%).
But in a 15 vs 15 war, we might only reach 14/15⭐ (≈93.33%), which drastically increases the risk of losing.
The more defeats we face, the harder it becomes to recruit new members — and that puts the clan’s survival at risk.
This usually happens when members skip wars to upgrade heroes. While that brings personal progress, it causes a collective setback: fewer participants make the war harder for everyone else.

Soon, the clan will have stronger defenses with TH15 and TH16, and this issue will be behind us — but right now, the situation is tough and the clan’s survival depends on our participation.
